Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in San Antonio, TX. This role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts.

You will monitor patient telemetry, operate bedside monitors, identify abnormal readings, and alert the care team as needed. Travel benefits and weekly pay are provided by TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Telemetry RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust equipment; interpret and record displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the care team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring shows adverse symptoms.
