Responsibilities

• Tele RN consults with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Tele RN uses monitoring equipment to track heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and oxygen levels; interprets data.
• Tele RN prepares, administers and records prescribed medications and reports adverse reactions.
• Identifies abnormal telemetry readings and notifies the medical team.
