Cross Country Nurses seeks a Telemetry Nurse for a travel assignment in Scranton, PA. You will care for cardiac patients requiring telemetry monitoring, delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process in a dynamic facility setting.

Schedule is nights, 36 hours per week, with EOW and EOH shifts. Cerner EMR experience is preferred; NIHSS is a plus. Active RN license and BLS/ACLS are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• 1–2+ years of telemetry or step-down experience.
• Active nursing license; no specific degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients using the nursing process.
• Float to Medical-Surgical and remote areas as needed.
• Adhere to unit protocols and shift schedules; manage patient education.
