Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This position requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts, and travel employment.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications, with additional certifications possibly required. As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will monitor patient telemetry, operate monitoring equipment, and respond to changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIH certification may be required.
• One year of additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
