TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and involves 12-hour rotating shifts with a 36-hour work week.

The Telemetry RN will monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret data, and provide bedside care while coordinating with the medical team. Travel employment includes benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' recent acute care experience required.
• Telemetry RN specialization.
• ACLs/BLS certification required (ACLS, BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and record displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment indicates adverse symptoms.
