TotalMed is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Huntington, WV. The travel nurse will cover the Direct Observation Unit with 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week duration, typically 36 hours per week. Requires 1 year of acute care experience and BLS/NIH certifications.

Eligible to receive a tax-free stipend; travel healthcare staffing experience preferred. As a Telemetry RN, you’ll monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, SpO2, and ECG data, interpret readings, and coordinate

Qualifications

• BLS and NIH certifications required; 1 year of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment; interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective action for adverse telemetry data.
