Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Longview, TX. The Telemetry RN will work nights, 12-hour shifts, with a 36-hour workweek and travel responsibilities included.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, NIH and at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience. The role involves monitoring patient telemetry data and ensuring prompt action when readings indicate issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.

• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
