Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing in Clinton, SC seeks a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll monitor cardiac rhythms, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team in a high-acuity telemetry unit. Start date 10/19/2026, 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts.

Travel pay package includes benefits, housing assistance where available, and dedicated support from a clinical team. The role requires one year of Telemetry RN experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS

Qualifications

• One year of recent Telemetry RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) active.
• ACLS certification active.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments per nursing practice.
• Prepare equipment and assist during cardiac procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety on telemetry units.
• Document nursing assessments and patient responses.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
