Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and start on 10/19/2026.

This travel role requires 1–2 years’ acute care experience with ACLS/BLS and NIH certifications, and it offers a tax-free stipend plus travel benefits. The Telemetry RN will monitor patients using heart-rate, blood-pressure, respiratory and ECG data, interpret readings, and coordinate care with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the United States.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIH may be listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and telemetry monitoring for patients.
• Interpret telemetry data and communicate findings to the medical team.
• Identify abnormal readings and escalate as needed.
• Assist with patient mobility and basic care during shifts.
