Job summary

Trusted Health seeks an experienced travel nurse for a telemetry/medical-surgical assignment in Iowa. The traveler should have 12 months of telemetry experience with at least 3 months in the last 12 months and 2 years of telemetry unit exposure, plus Epic EMR familiarity.

Shift is 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 13 weeks, 12-hour shifts, with a 3-shift week. Local or travel, vaccine requirements apply, and floating to multiple units may occur.

Qualifications

• Telemetry experience: 12 months with 3 months in last 12 months.
• 2 years Telemetry Unit experience.
• Epic EMR experience within last 12 months.
• Iowa license or compact license required after submission.
• May float to additional units and locations.
• COVID and Flu vaccines required after submission.

Responsibilities

• Care for geriatric, medical/surgical, adult and telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry strips and respond to patient needs.
• Float to units as assigned, maintain patient safety and care continuity.
• Collaborate with care teams; adhere to schedules and census targets.
• Complete required pre-employment modules and certifications.
