Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Denver, CO. The role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, administering treatments, and collaborating with a clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements include 1 year of Telemetry RN experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. PCCN/NIHSS are preferred. Travel benefits are included in a supportive travel program.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety in telemetry units.
• Documents nursing history and assessments for telemetry patients.
• Initiates patient education on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adheres to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
