Job Summary

Telemetry (TELE) Nurse located in an unspecified facility is sought for a travel assignment. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on cardiac patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The position offers a dynamic environment with a need for adaptable, skilled nursing professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with EOW (Every Other Weekend) and EOH (Every Other Holiday) shifts.

Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification preferred; 1-2+ years of telemetry or step-down experience; active nursing license; no specific education or degree requirements specified; location requirements not specified; minimum one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; experience working in a unit with 30 beds and patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6; proficiency in cardiac monitoring and patient education.

Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, quality patient care utilizing the nursing process, with an emphasis on cardiac telemetry. Floating to other units such as Medical Surgical and remote areas may be required. Scrub color is navy blue. Blocked scheduling may be requested. No call responsibilities are indicated. The assignment duration is from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026.
