Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry, Location: Not Specified This position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as providing health education, therapy, and treatment supportive of patient well-being.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating Shift: 3-12 hour Days / 0700-1930; Weekends: maximum of 8 shifts over an 8-week period, with shifts from 0700-1930 on Saturday and Sunday, or 1900-0730 on Friday and Saturday nights. No scheduled call shifts.
• Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in telemetry or higher, EKG competency, rhythm interpretation, RN License (Single State or Compact), BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Additional Information: The unit consists of 32 beds with an average caseload of 3-5 patients, dependent on acuity and shift. Documentation is managed via Epic, with timekeeping through UKG Pro/Kronos. Floating may be required based on staffing needs and dates.
