Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse (RN) for a 26-week assignment in Des Moines, IA. The position requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with travel employment and 50 lb lift capability as needed.

The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory status, and ECG data, respond to abnormal readings, and provide bedside care. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required, with 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring and bedside care.
• Interpret and record data from monitoring equipment.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
