Job summary

B&A is seeking a Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, clearance, and funding.

Anticipated award and start are Sept/Oct 2026, with a 1 base year + 4 option years. Location is on-site in Northern Virginia. Responsibilities include intelligence targeting, drafting and disseminating operational reports, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
• Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly adjudicated within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Conducts intelligence targeting in support of Counterintelligence and DO operations by exploiting intelligence Community targeting data and sponsor data holdings to produce actionable analysis.
• Drafts, coordinates, and disseminates operational reporting (cables, tearlines, and CJRs).
• Collaborates across organizational boundaries to meet sponsor objectives and keep leadership informed on travel data acquisition and analysis efforts.
• Communicates clearly to all management levels, tailoring content to varied formats and audiences.
• Executes multiple ambiguous tasks to completion under competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and inclusive leadership.
