Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Scrub Tech for PRN work in the West Valley Float Pool. This role supports surgical teams by selecting instruments, preparing case carts, and passing instruments during procedures.

The position travels between multiple Phoenix-area facilities, with a minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month, no weekends or on-call requirements, and flexible scheduling through our staffing office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certification as a surgical technologist preferred where applicable.
• Ability to maintain professional decorum in stressful surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Select and place surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery.
• Scrub and provide instruments, sutures and sterile supplies during procedures.
• Prepare instruments and supplies, review case carts, and anticipate needs.
• Assist with turnover between cases and stocking of supplies.
• Follow aseptic technique and universal precautions throughout procedures.
