Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract in Hastings, Nebraska. The role requires 18 months of experience, a high school diploma or OR tech training, BLS and national certification, and dexterity with instruments.

Shifts are 10 hours daily, with 40 hours per week. Travel and housing accommodations are provided along with comprehensive benefits and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
• High School Diploma or Completion of accredited Operating Room Technologist course or equivalent training.
• BLS Certified and National Certification required.
• Must demonstrate dexterity with surgical instruments and knowledge of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures and assist the team as needed.
• Work under supervision of the RN circulator and delegate tasks when appropriate.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure patient care continuity.
