Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. This night-shift role offers 3x12-hour schedules, 36 hours per week, and the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing surgical team in a fast-paced OR.

You'll support surgeons and perioperative staff, prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and maintain patient safety while delivering excellent care during diverse procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operating room environments.
• Strong sterile processing and instrument knowledge.
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and communicate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Verify surgical procedures and patient consents
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields
• Set up instruments, supplies, equipment, medications, and solutions
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
• Perform surgical counts with circulating nurses
• Obtain additional sterile and non-sterile supplies during procedures
• Apply and secure sterile dressings following procedures
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases
• Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
