Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Surgical Technician for a 13-week assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. The travel role is at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access hospital, with a 3x12 schedule and a 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM shift, including weekends and holidays.

Travel package offered is $1,858 per week. Requires an Associate Degree or Certificate in Surgical Technology; CST/BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate of Completion in Surgical Technology is required.
• Acute care surgical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing operating rooms and sterile fields
• Passing instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
• Anticipating surgeon needs throughout cases
• Performing surgical counts with the circulator
• Assisting with patient preparation and surgical draping
• Preparing and handling instruments for sterilization; supporting room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases
