Qualifications

• 18 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
• High School Diploma or completion of accredited Operating Room Technologist course.
• BLS Certified and National Certification required.
• Ability to demonstrate dexterity with surgical instruments and knowledge of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures and assist the team as needed.
• Work under RN circulator supervision and delegate tasks to optimize patient care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
