Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks an Operating Room RN for a travel assignment in Pasadena, Texas. The Nurse will support orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and gynecology surgical cases in a multi-specialty OR.

This 13-week contract requires a Texas RN with at least 2 years OR experience; BSN preferred. Schedule 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours weekly, with travel benefits and housing options.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum 2 years in an operating room setting.
• Experience in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and gynecology required.
• Preferred experience in ENT and vascular (non-cardiac) surgery.
• BSN is preferred.

• Maintain patient safety and comfort pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Description

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a multi-specialty environment. This role requires a strong clinical background in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and gynecology. The nurse will work within a collaborative team to ensure the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical procedures.
