Job Description
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, hospitality, office, etc.)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors
  • Travel to various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or project-based schedule

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
