• 3 ORs
• Daily case volume:
  • Burlington: ~5/day
  • Southern Lakes: ~15/day
  • Lakeland: ~7/day

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years required
• First-time travelers not accepted

Orientation

• New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• 1–3 days unit orientation (based on comfort)

Schedule

• Shift: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM

On-Call

• Required
• 1 weekend every 3 weeks
  • Friday evening → Sunday afternoon
• No weekday call
• Response time: 45 minutes
