Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. The role focuses on assessing, planning, and delivering patient care in a Step-Down unit for a 13-week travel engagement with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS certification, and 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes using the nursing process.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care based on evaluation and changes.
