Responsibilities

• Manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring.
• Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly.
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol.
• Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned.

This Stepdown travel nurse position in New London, New Hampshire, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) contract at New London Hospital. This role pays $2,159 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

In this Stepdown travel nursing role, you will provide progressive care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.
