Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Sioux City, IA. You will monitor telemetry, manage cardiac care and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Start date is 10/12/2026 with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. Travel enrollment type and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this exciting travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments per prescribed nursing techniques.
• Assist physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Document nursing history and physical assessments.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
