This role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and 18 months of recent acute care experience in a PCU/step-down setting. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 48 hours per week on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and educate patients and families.
• Document plan of care with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and ensure timely interventions.
• Revise care plans based on evaluations and changes in medical plan of care.
