Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois. Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• 18+ months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.
• Additional client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care based on evaluations and changes in medical plan.
