Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, Arizona. You will provide specialized care to patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown units, with emphasis on telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists during cardiac-related procedures.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Observes patient status and notifies supervisor or physician of changes.
