Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a hospital assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. The contract runs for 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Candidates must hold a NC or Compact license, BLS, NIHSS, and EPIC licensure, with at least 2 years of telemetry experience. Travel experience preferred; pay range is provided in the listing.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of nursing experience including telemetry.
• BLS certification required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• NC or Compact license required; EPIC licensure in hand requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to step down unit patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
