Job summary
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Powell, Tennessee. The position requires 12-hour days, a 36-hour workweek, and a 13-week contract starting 10/19/2026. The ideal candidate will manage a patient ratio of 5:1 and meet licensure requirements.
The role involves delivering high-quality care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and supporting patients and families with care plans. Must have BLS/ACLS, Cerner experience, and be willing to travel.
Qualifications
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a travel capacity.
- Familiarity with Cerner and completion of Advanced Learning Center modules.
- Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications as needed.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
