Job summary

Anders Group, LLC is seeking a Travel Stepdown PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Powell, TN. This role offers a 3x12 night shift and opportunities to expand clinical experience within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current TN RN license or Compact license if eligible
• 2+ years of Stepdown PCU experience preferred
• BLS certification through AHA
• Additional unit certifications may be required
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Stepdown PCU unit
• Create and update individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
