MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Powell, Tennessee. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education.
• Revise the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in patient condition.
