This role involves caring for up to 30 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes on a high-acuity floor.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license or equivalent verification, professional profile and references, skills checklist completion, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in step-down units, stroke units, or related high-acuity settings.
