Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

The position offers a 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, and a hospital setting with travel benefits and support from VyTalent Solutions.

Qualifications

• 12 months permanent experience in the Step Down specialty.
• Must hold permanent Ohio license or compact state license.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate tests with passing scores during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients in the step-down unit.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed to care for the same patient population.
• Adhere to hospital policies and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Complete all required assessments and certifications during orientation.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout shifts.

Pay Range: 2452.24 - 2574.85

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (D/N, Rotating)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must have 12 months perm experience in specialty applying for. Must have perm Ohio license or compact state in hand. AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certification required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
