Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Dubois, PA. The assignment is 13 weeks long with a 3, 12-hour day schedule and an alternate 19:00–07:30 shift. Cerner is the charting system, and pay ranges from $2,058 to $2,251 weekly. Start date is 10/05/2026.

Requirements include 1 year of RN experience, PA or Compact licensure, and BLS/NIHSS/ACLS certifications. One opening for an acute care setting with Level 2 trauma and a 273-bed facility.
