• Provides short-term rehabilitation services to residents

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities and reduce aspiration risk
• Implement communication strategies to help residents better express themselves and understand others
• Lead, guide, and direct speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
