The VIOS Clinic seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver speech and swallowing therapy, and collaborate with the care team to support communication and swallowing needs.

This full-time role requires a Minnesota license and BLS certification, with at least one year of SLP experience.

• Valid MN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of SLP experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
