Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a SNF assignment in Cordova, Tennessee. The role spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts, offering travel benefits and access to comprehensive support from Jackson Therapy Partners.

The position requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY and CCC from ASHA, and active state licensure. SNF experience and NetHealth iPad documentation are preferred.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed and current CCC from ASHA.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Experience with NetHealth iPad documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a SNF setting.
• Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders; develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using NetHealth on iPad.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
