Qualifications

• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Looking for SNF/LTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Work 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.
