• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for communication and safe swallowing.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.

• Maintain productivity while delivering patient-centered therapy.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Inpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team providing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, or complex medical diagnoses. This role offers the opportunity to deliver intensive, goal-oriented therapy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The SLP will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients' communication, cognitive, and swallowing (dysphagia) needs, developing individualized plans of care to improve functional outcomes and prepare patients for safe discharge. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and effective communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
