Responsibilities

• Work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting


• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


• Assignment includes floating to nearby facilities as needed


• Provide evaluation and therapy services for SNF patients


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams


• Adhere to facility and American Traveler policies and procedures


• All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at time of consideration
