American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Purcell, OK, at a Long Term Care facility. The role is 40 hours per week with day shifts and a 13-week duration, starting 10/26/2026.

The candidate will work in a LTC/rehab setting with no weekend or on-call requirements. Active OK State SLP License and CCC certification are required, with a minimum of 1 year SLP experience in LTC or rehab.

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and adjust plans of care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the electronic documentation system per regulatory requirements
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers
• Communicate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and treatment plans
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements
