Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a 28-week travel assignment in Santa Rosa, CA. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, developing individualized therapy plans and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires California licensure and a current BLS certification; a CCC-SLP and Master’s degree are preferred. Travel benefits and comprehensive coverage accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California.
Current BLS certification required (AHA/ARC).
New grads welcome; relevant certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups.
Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
Monitor patient progress and document in EMR with accuracy.
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safety practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
