Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Maintain and report accurate patient care records for all patients on caseload.
• Report and interpret treatment results and participate in in-services.
• Supervise support personnel in appropriate areas.
• Coordinate with staff to implement the treatment plan as established.
• Deliver therapy per facility and payer policies and procedures.
• Engage in patient and family education about treatment goals.
