Qualifications

• Speech-language pathologist with licensure in Illinois required.
• CFY completion or CCC-SLP credentials preferred.
• Experience in inpatient rehab and outpatient settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients/families.
