Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. The role involves evaluating and treating pediatric and adult patients, with a focus on communication and swallowing disorders.

The successful candidate will hold an SLP license, have current BLS, and be prepared to work a full-time 40-hour week on site in Franklin. Competitive pay and a supportive clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology (preferred).
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) (preferred).
• SLP experience preferred, though new grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development activities.
