Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Eastpoint, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
• Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 80 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
