Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Therapy program is required.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to lift and control 50+ pounds is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as prescribed.
• Maintain and accurately report patient care records.
