Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a long-term care travel assignment in Purcell, OK. The role requires CCC‑SLP certification and Oklahoma licensure, with new grads welcomed if Level II clinical experience is met. Expect a 13-week, 40-hour per week schedule with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma state SLP license required if applicable.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience required.
• LTC or Rehab setting experience required.
• New graduates accepted if Level II clinical experience (not Level I observation only)
• One reference required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care using standardized assessments.
• Document treatment progress and discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Possibly supervise CFY or student SLPs.
